Deadline: 4/15/24 Award Amount: Varies The Ray Charles Foundation Scholarship is available to undergraduate, graduate, and medical students who have a passion for neuroscience. You must be attending an HBCU or be from an underrepresented group to be eligible for this award. Students will spend a full year at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, gaining valuable hands - on experience in neurosciences and learning directly from a team of neuroscience innovators at a research laboratory. Program participants must arrange their own travel and living accommodations. Scholars will receive an annual salary commensurate with their education and research experience, up to $6,000 annually to offset the cost of housing, and a sign - on bonus up to $4,000 to offset the cost of relocating to Los Angeles.
